VRS – HRZ SINGLE AND MULTI FLUE GAS SCRUBBER SYSTEMS
They are corrosion resistant, single system and extended system packaged smoke and gas scrubbing systems for many industrial air pollution applications such as ammonia gas, chlorine gas and hydrochloric acid gas (HCL). VRS – HRZ type systems are effective on water-soluble chemical and smoke odors. At the same time, package washing systems expanded with the addition of chemicals are suitable for the use of pollutants with low solubility.
SINGLE STAGE WASHING SYSTEM (Excluding NOx)
It is a high-efficiency, single-stage wet washing system. This system is effective in washing many harmful gases (except NOx). System design is also done according to the needs. It is based on the logic of single tower, single or double stage washing. Thanks to the probes on the system, chemicals are dosed automatically in a controlled manner.
DOUBLE AND THREE STAGE WASHING SYSTEMS
Unlike single-stage washing systems, the gas is washed with different chemical mixtures in 2 washing towers. It is generally very effective in washing aggressive gases such as NOx. The first wash is the oxidation / reduction stage used to control Nitric oxide and Nitrogen dioxide.1. The chemicals and dosing rates used in the washing phase are completely different from single systems. The first stage is used to oxidize excess Nitric Oxide.
The second step is the reduction in nitrogen dioxide. After this washing phase, the steam released to the nature becomes harmless.
The system uses a caustic pH control for each circulation tank. Thanks to these systems, NOx gases are kept up to 95%. Under no circumstances is it possible to wash NOx (Nitric gas) with a single washing tower. It is only possible in two or three phases to ensure that the chemical structure of this aggressive gas deteriorates and reaches quality air conditions.

Although the costs of these systems, which are mandated by the Ministry of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, seem like an additional burden to the companies, they prevent high penalties in the long term and provide additional income to the institutions.

Standard Equipment
1. SPRAY NOZZLES
Washing nozzles with 90', 120' and 150' degrees angles are used in our systems, which are made of PP, PVC and Carbon-Teflon materials that do not clog with their fully conical structure.
2.HIGH EFFICIENCY MASS TRANSFER
One of the most important features of our designs is to ensure the homogeneous contact of the air flow with the droplets formed by the washing nozzles, evenly dispersing the entire surface area of the system.
There are various types of rushing rings that we use in our systems. Which type of rushing to use is determined by Tarpo Engineers.
3. SURVEILLANCE WINDOWS AND SYSTEM ENTRY PORTS
All of our systems have manhole covers that facilitate access to the system and are created for filling and evacuation of rushing rings.
4. DROP HOLDERS
Thanks to the angular air exchangers and diverters on the Drip Holders, it ensures that the air is attached to the surface area and ensures that the water droplets in the washed air under vacuum are attached. The resulting water density returns to the system circulation tank through the grooves on the blades.
5. PRESSURE MANOMETER
In all our systems, there are pressure manometers applied to control the washing pressure. Body structure of our manometers are made of PVC material resistant to chemical corrosion.
6.CIRCULATION PUMP
These are chemical centrifugal acid pumps manufactured in our company.
It provides pressurized pulverization of the chemical through nozzles in washing systems. It is used as horizontal or vertical shaft according to the system design.
The circulation pumps used in flue gas systems show a variety of materials and designs according to the chemical and gas structure to be washed.
7. FILLING AND RELIEF VALVES
In all our systems, there are valves made of PVC or PP material with high chemical resistance, in all sizes and plastic structures according to the cubic meter type. According to our designs, manual or automatic electric valves are used.
8. PIPING
Glass fiber reinforced pipes and fittings materials that are resistant to high temperature and friction are used in all of our systems.
9. Aspirator
A high quality air suction is transmitted to the system with direct drive or centrifugal type aspirators with belt pulleys for the needs of the system. Our aspirators in our production are produced as PP, PVC.
OPTIONAL PRODUCTS
1. CHEMICAL CONTROL PACKAGE
PH, ORP and conductivity control systems can be integrated into a new or existing flue gas in businesses.
Thanks to the probes, the acidic value of the liquid in the chemical tank is kept under control and the pH balance in the system is maintained in order to wash the maximum chemical fumes.
2. AUTOMATION PACKAGE
PLC control provides the opportunity to monitor important data on the system from your computer with a data cable, thanks to its touch screen. Systems you can control

3. ENGINE CONTROL PACKAGE
Motor drivers are integrated on the system control panel in order to protect the motors of aspirators and pumps from sudden starts, possible electrical loads and energy losses.
4. WINTER PACKAGE
It includes keeping the chemical and water in the system at a constant temperature, thanks to the heating resistances, against the possibility of the water freezing in harsh winter conditions. The resistors used are manufactured according to the design. It is used as a standard in PLC controlled systems.
