PUMP DESIGN FEATURES
-TKF series is designed to be suitable for printing non-abrasive liquids that do not contain large solid particles.
-They are single-stage pumps and thanks to the use of couplings in connection with the motor, they offer the opportunity to be separated without moving the motor or pump when necessary.
-The general dimensions of the snail comply with TS EN 733 - DIN 24255 standard.
-Suction and Discharge flanges comply with TS EN 1092-2/PN 16 standard.
Closed impeller is used in the TKF series, and this impeller has balancing holes between the blades to minimize axial loads, and is balanced within dynamic loads.
-Soft packing is used in shaft sealing. Shaft sealing can also be provided with a mechanical seal upon request.
-Thanks to its design, impeller bearings and packing can be easily changed when necessary.
-In addition to 29 models in accordance with TS EN 733 standards, 10 complementary models have been designed. The main dimensions of complementary models may differ from other manufacturers.
All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940 class 6.3.
-Pump rotation direction; It is clockwise when viewed from the engine side.
-Optionally, the pumps can be manufactured with shaft bushings and/or wear rings.
