PUMP DESIGN FEATURES
-Horizontal shaft, volute, single-stage, end-suction, closed impeller monoblock centrifugal pumps.
-The main dimensions of the body comply with TS EN 733 standards.
-Design according to EU 547/2012 energy regulation.
-Suction and discharge flanges comply with TS EN 1092 - 2 / PN 16. Flanges in pumps with steel or stainless steel body material comply with TS EN 1092 - 1/ PN 16. Optionally, it can be produced with ANSI/ASME flanges.
-Pumps are used with high efficiency class electric motors in accordance with IEC construction sizes.
-All impellers are dynamically or statically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940 class 6.3.
-Axial force is balanced by the impeller balancing holes system.
-The direction of rotation is clockwise when viewed from the motor side.
-Monoblock pumps are smaller and lighter than standard centrifugal pumps with the same hydraulic characteristics.
-Optionally, the pumps can be manufactured with wear rings and/or shaft bushings.
-The pump shaft is connected to the motor shaft with a plug-in shaft or a rigid coupling, and the axial and radial forces of the pump are covered by the motor bearings.
