Thermo Granules
Thermo plastic has a density ranging from 0.96 to 1.01 gr/cm3. It varies within this range, depending on the quality of the material used. In addition, this density is lowered with special light formulas.
All kinds of raw materials and finished products entering our machines are subjected to tests such as density, hardness, stress-elongation, abrasion and breakage in our quality control laboratory, and only after compliance is shipped to our customers.
The product is tested to determine how wearable the material is. The maximum wear value required to avoid any problems with the product is 240 mm3.
