PUMP DESIGN FEATURES
-SP Series booster pumps are designed for pumping non-abrasive liquids that do not contain large solid particles.
- Impeller material is glass fiber reinforced noryl.
They are vertical axis pumps with separable stage bodies and closed impellers.
-The balancing holes of the impellers are dynamically balanced and ensure that axial loads are minimized.
-Cylindrical roller bearings, which are resistant to high temperatures and can work under heavy conditions, are used at both ends of the pump.
-The pump's discharge flange is on the motor side, and the suction flange is below.
Thanks to its vertical shaft structure, it occupies less space compared to the horizontal shaft design.
-The boosters are manufactured with horizontal or vertical pumps.
- It can be manufactured with single, double and triple pumps as standard according to the desired flow rate. In case of need, up to 6 pumps can be set.
- Phase protection and sequencing relay (FKS) are available in single pump booster sets.
- There is a water level float (electric floater) in single-pump systems.
Changing the sequence, phase control and liquid level control are standard features in booster pumps with more than one pump.
-The boosters can be manufactured with variable speed with frequency control, optionally.
-The boosters can work in two different modes, automatically and manually.
