PUMP DESIGN FEATURES

-Suction and discharge flanges are on the lower body and on the same axis. The double-suction design directs flow to both sides of the impeller, reducing axial forces. The double action design found on most models reduces radial load and minimizes noise and vibration.

-Suction and discharge flanges comply with TS EN 1092-2 / PN16 or PN25. (steel or stainless steel body material pumps)

- Stuffing box is water cooled. The packings are easily removable, making it easy to replace and install packings.

-It can be manufactured as horizontal or vertical shaft optionally.

-All impellers are dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940 class 6.3.

-The direction of rotation is clockwise when viewed from the motor side in standard manufacturing. In this case, the suction flange is on the right. If desired, the direction of rotation can be adjusted counterclockwise. In this case, the suction flange is on the left.

-Replaceable wear rings protect the pump housing while reducing maintenance costs.

-Bronze shaft bushings protect the shaft and help fix the impeller.

Grease lubricated ball bearings are used as standard in horizontal mounting. In the case of vertical mounting, a fluid lubricated plain bearing is used at the bottom and a grease lubricated ball bearing is used at the top.
