GAS COOLED AIR DRYERS
Max series compressed air dryers are manufactured by combining high quality components. Monoblock heat exchanger provides high efficiency under difficult conditions. It is designed to condition compressed air to + 3 C dew point. When the working conditions go out of the design conditions, it prevents possible malfunctions with the audible and light warning system. It has a large condenser surface designed to provide the expected capacity at high outdoor temperature. It works with environmentally friendly R-134A and R-407C refrigerants that do not harm ozone. Galvanized steel body is painted with hot baked powder polyester paint. The components have protection against voltage irregularity and lack of phase. The discharge time, standby and discharge time can be adjusted.
Max Heat Exchanger :
Thanks to its 100% aluminum structure and monoblock aluminum fins, it has a surface area that provides heat exchange up to 10 times compared to its competitors. The aluminum block structure, designed to prevent pressure loss, has also been specially improved against rusting and corrosion. High efficiency is achieved with 100% contact from the refrigerant to the compressed air. In addition, the special insulation that prevents heat escape is enclosed in a container.
Max Cooling Circuit:
It is made of special galvanized sheet resistant to corrosive atmosphere. It includes a hood condenser with fins with a wavy surface that increases the heat transfer coefficient. It has a cooling compressor oil that enables the system to operate more efficiently and prevents carbon residue in the most effective way, with its very good oxidation prevention and superior lubrication miscibility. There is a double valve regulation that prevents the risk of freezing and keeps the temperature constant. It has a specially designed core dryer that keeps the impurities in the cooling gas. Elco brand fan motor with aluminum blades and body, galvanized feet resistant to rusting and corrosion is standard.
Max Water Drain:
It has an automatic evacuation system with waiting and unloading timer. It has simple access and service facilities. It has a wire filter that protects the discharge valve against unwanted contamination.
