Float Level Control Valves are hydraulic control valves that continuously control the level in water tanks. Main valve control is provided manually thanks to 2-way float. The main valve, which is installed at the tank entrances, closes without creating a pulse when the water level reaches the maximum level. When the water level drops to the minimum level, the main valve opens itself and ensures that the tank remains full. A needle valve is used to adjust the valve opening-closing speed to the desired level. The valve can be operated by being mounted horizontally or vertically to the system. Electric float and differential float type are used as control system.

When the float reaches a controlled minimum water level in a reservoir, the valve opens fully and closes completely at maximum. The float pilot lift is 10 cm. Changes in water level are controlled by the buoy pilot. Pilot lift and main valve lift are perfectly balanced by the action of the pilot and hydraulic synchronizer. This means that at any flow rate discharged from the reservoir, the float pilot manages the main valve to maintain a balance between the inlet flow rate and the outlet flow to consumption. The system is extremely stable and reliable. The float pilot and synchronizer are made of stainless steel. These valves are normally used for humanity in gravity fed reservoirs.
