Float Level Control Valve
Float Level Control Valves
Water tank, reservoir, pressure breaker maslak etc. in the transmission lines. They are hydraulic control valves used to control the level of water in structures that store water. In order for the main valve to be able to open and close, there must be a minimum of 7 meters of water pressure in the existing network.
Product features
Since the structure of the float level control valve is very simple, its use also offers great advantages for the user.
The float assembly of the valve is modular. It is mounted to the structure to be level controlled as desired.
The hydraulic hose between the main valve and the float assembly is easily mounted on the valve and float assembly.
Thanks to the ball valve on the float level control valve, it can also be used as an on-off valve.
The valve works completely hydraulically with line pressure without requiring any extra energy.
Operating Instructions
Mount the valve according to the arrow sign showing the flow direction on it.
For ease of service maintenance of the valve, it is recommended to install isolation valves (gate, butterfly or ball valve, etc.) to shut off the water in the upstream line.
In order for the valve to work efficiently, it is recommended to put a suction cup before the valve.
Assemble the float (float) assembly of the float level control valve to the tank in a fixed way. If the float assembly is not fixed, the main valve will not work.
After the float assembly is assembled, turn on the mini ball valve indicated by 2 on the main valve. The main valve will close itself when the mini ball valve is in the closed position.
Hydraulic control valves are control valves that work with system pressure. In practice, in systems with near zero inlet pressure, the float level control valve should be a mechanical float, not a hydraulic one.
In order to protect the valve from the danger of frost during the winter months, discharge the water in the actuator of the valve to the atmosphere.
