Washing System

The products entering the machine make a continuous rotation around and around the washing chamber with the effect of high pressure water passing through the nozzles, and they travel about 10 meters and fall from the washing chamber to the vibration conveyor. The average 10 meters that the products cover with high pressure in the washing chamber allows us to obtain excellent bacterial and hygienic washing results. Undesirable particles such as dirt and sand separated from the product in the washing chamber pass through the filter at the bottom of the chamber and enter the sedimentation channel, and since the water here is stagnant, they cannot mix with the washing system again, and the discharge valve is opened at certain intervals to leave the system. The channels located at the upper limit of the water in the washing chamber, on the other hand, are insects etc. that come to the water surface. It is designed to automatically evacuate unwanted particles from the washing system. The waste water leaving the system is replaced by clean mains water coming from the rinsing nozzles. In this way, the machine works continuously with clean water.

Vibration Conveyor System

While the products falling on the conveyor from the washing chamber move forward with the effect of vibration, they are rinsed with clean mains water coming from the rinsing nozzles and the particles and excess water remaining on the product fall down from the perforated sheet on the conveyor base thanks to the vibration. A second filter, located at the point where they fall, allows the particles to leave the system directly, and finally, the water free from unwanted particles is taken into the feeding chamber and from there goes to the washing chamber to be used again. Meanwhile, the products that have finished washing and rinsing are poured into the discharge basket with the effect of vibration. The feature of the vibration conveyor is that it does not return like other non-toxic conveyor belts. Returning belts always leave certain amounts of particles, sand and dirt in the wash chamber.

Washing Capacity

The vegetable washing machine with vibration conveyor is designed to work non-stop with continuous feeding. This product we produce allows washing 300 kg of light vegetables per hour and 600 kg of heavy vegetables and fruits per hour.

Bacterial Hygienic Washing

The products, which pass to the vibration conveyor with the movement of water from the washing chamber, pass under the clean water taken from the network by 9 nozzles while moving here. With the help of the pump connected to the disinfectant inlet in the rinsing, the products are disinfected.
