Emteksan Automatic Fryer is designed to meet the frying needs in the kitchens of large-scale companies, hospitals, universities and military units and to achieve fast, effective, hygienic and economical production.

System

The automatic frying machine consists of two cooking and medium product discharge trays. The raw product in the frying basket is brought to the cooking chamber with the help of rails. The cooking time is set, the machine is brought to the automatic position, the cooking basket goes down, and the product cooking process begins. The same process is done in the other cooking basket. Meanwhile, the first product is cooked and it rises with the help of the elevator. The basket is pulled to the discharge table, the product is emptied by pulling the damper handle. The product is put back into the cooking chamber. This process continues rapidly until the products to be fried are finished.

Cooking Basket

Cooking baskets hold 8+8 kg of product to be fried. It only moves on rails. The basket, which comes out of its own frying chamber, is pulled into the discharge chamber with the help of the rail. By pulling the discharge lever towards you, the damper under the basket opens. The product is emptied into the GN2/1 gastronome container.

Long Oil Life

Since the specially designed hidden tube resistances do not come into direct contact with the oil, the possibility of burning and deformation of the oil is very low. There are four tube resistances in each of the frying chambers. The frying process is controlled by heat control devices.
