WORKING PRINCIPLE
- It has a sleeveless and coverless working system.
- The button selection is made from the control panel according to the hardness of the bread (soft, medium, hard). (1st button for soft, 2nd button for medium, 3rd button for hard bread)
- Bread is placed in the open chamber with the sensor.
- When the pusher slide comes into contact with the bread, the cutting slows down and the bread is sliced without being crushed.
- At the end of the slicing process, the machine stops.
- The sliced bread is bagged with the help of the bagging apparatus.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- The front body of the machine has an openable system.
- After the lock on the left side of the machine is opened, the front body is opened.
- The inner surfaces of the machine are cleaned from crumbs and dust with a hand brush.
- The plastic drawer is removed and the crumbs are emptied.
- The machine does not require maintenance other than daily cleaning.
