Çift Etkili Pnomatik Aktüatör ISO 5210
Pistons of DMS VALVE -DA- model quarter-turn pneumatic actuators are produced as rack and pinion type. It is produced as double-acting and single-acting (spring return). In order to adjust the working angle of the actuators in the opening and closing direction of ±5°, there is a cam made of forged steel on the actuator shaft. It is optionally produced with a limit stop mechanism to keep the working angle in different positions.
New technologies have been used in the design of -DA- model pneumatic actuators. New materials, new ways of production and innovative ideas have combined the following features.

- * Compliance with high or low temperature operating conditions can be achieved by changing the sealing element.

Working Standards:
All non-corrosive gases such as dry air or inert gases can be used in conjunction with internal parts and lubricant.
The condensation temperature of the fluid to be used should be -20 C and the solid particle diameter that can be found in it should be a maximum of 30µ.
If a positioner is used, this diameter should be maximum 5µ.

Low Temperature Type: -40℃~+80℃
High Temperature Type: -20℃~+160℃
Lubrication;
No lubrication is required for the standard type under normal operating conditions. Special lubricants should be used in low or high temperature operating conditions.
