According to ISO-8573.1 : 2010, every compressed air system needs a certain class of air quality. Maxdryer offers filtration solutions needed in critical compressed air processes with different filter combinations, with filters in different norms manufactured in 4 different series.
MF-04 Series :
-General Purpose Filter – Pre-filtration
-Particle Filtration: Up to 3 Microns
Application and Usage Areas:
- Placed in Front of Refrigerated Dryer and Vacuum Pumps
-Effective at holding/filtering dust
-Provides basic protection
MF-00 Series:
-General Purpose Filter – Inlet filter
-Particle Filtration: Up to 0.1 Micron
-Oil Mist Filtration: 0.1mg/m3 at 20ºC reference temperature
Application and Usage Areas:
-Installed at the inlet of the Refrigerated Dryer
-Effective in holding dust and oil
It is used in lines where pneumatic tools and pumps are used.
MF-01 Series:
-Fine Filter – Output filter
-Particle Filtration: Up to 0.01 Micron
-Oil Mist Filtration: 0.01mg/m3 at 20ºC reference temperature
Application and Usage Areas:
-It is mounted on the outlet of the Refrigerated Dryer.
- It is very effective in keeping dust and oil.
It is used in processes and devices such as spray paint lines, pneumatic conveyor lines, food production lines, precision measuring instruments and medical breathing devices.
MCF-02 Series:
-Active Carbon Filter
-Odor Filtering – Used with PF Series
-Oil Mist Filtration: 0.003mg/m3 at 20ºC reference temperature
Application and Usage Areas:
-Installed after PF series filters.
-Packaging and production lines in the food industry
-In the production of breathing air and devices in the fields of health and medical
