PUMP DESIGN FEATURES
-Horizontal shaft, split body, diffuser, multistage, end suction, closed impeller centrifugal pumps.
- 7 models from DN 40 to DN 150 discharge flange diameter.
-Suction flanges comply with TS EN 1092 - 2 / PN 16, discharge flanges comply with TS EN 1092 - 2 / PN 40 (PN 63). (Flanges on pumps with stainless steel body material comply with the relevant pressure class of TS EN 1092 - 1 standard.)
In standard manufacturing, the discharge flange is at the top. If flange positions other than standard manufacturing are requested, this request must be specified at the time of order. All impellers are dynamically or statically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940 class 6.3.
-Axial force is balanced by the impeller balancing holes system.
-The direction of rotation is counterclockwise when viewed from the motor side. Therefore, these pumps cannot be driven by a diesel engine.
-Grease lubricated bearings are used as standard in ARS-U series pumps. The plain bearings used on the suction side of the pumps are lubricated with the pumped liquid.
